Challenge: An entrepreneur wanted to launch a new app to help caregivers find & plan activities to do with their children.
Solution: "Acorn" - a native app that allows caregivers to search, plan & rate activities based on a variety of factors including location, age & activity type.
Onboarding
The first time the user opens the app they are taken through a short onboarding / set up. This allows the user to enter their children’s details, enabling them to get a personalised experience.

Once all children are set up the caregiver is taken to the landing page. Here they can scroll through popular activities or search for an activity: by child, location, date etc…

Upon performing a search, a list of tailored results is displayed, which the user can scroll through. Any event or provider can be clicked to view more information.
