Solution: "Eye-Catching Emails" – featuring creative, playful & bold designs, these emails engage the user & build a strong sense of brand identity.
Family Ticket offer
Using a bold, graphic style, playful typography & simple animation an everyday ticket offer email is turned into something exciting & eyecatching. All emails are responsive & many used clever animation to complement their engaging designs.
Seasonal Emails
Seasonal emails were sent to “Check in” with customers & gently encourage them to book a trip.


Welcome & Inspire
When customers signed up for Virgin Trains' emails, they received a personalised welcome email (left).
After signing up, they would receive inspirational emails from VT Picks (right). Although the emails featured varying graphic styles, a cohesive colour palette, bold typography & playful energy maintained a strong sense of brand identity throughout the communications.
